We consider requests for items received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product listing. We do not accept returns merely because the purchaser changes a preference.
Submitting a claim
A claim must arrive within 30 days of delivery. Supply the order number, checkout email, explanation, and clear photo or video evidence. Do not send a return without written authorization.
Assessment and resolution
We may seek more details. A validated claim may result in replacement or refund through the original payment path. Financial institutions control final posting time. Unapproved shipments, wear, misuse, preference changes, and requests outside the window may be rejected. Fulfilled shipping charges are refundable only when legally required or approved as part of our shipping error.
